The NCASFAA mentor program matches new financial aid administrators
and seasoned professionals in a continuing effort to develop and
strengthen the professional competency of student financial aid
administrators in North Carolina. A mentor provides guidance on
financial air programs, issues, and concerns. A mentor nurtures
the new professional's development as a financial aid administrator.
A mentor points the new professional in the right direction (and to
the right section of the regs!).
